The Kohala Center is an independent, community-based nonprofit focused on research, education, and ‘āina stewardship for healthier ecosystems.

Located in Honomu on the Hamakua Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii, Vibe Farms was founded in 2021 on our pledge of stewardship to properly care for the Aina and to fully commit to our farm to table concept.

Women Organizing for Change in Agriculture and Natural Resource Management (WOCAN) is a membership network of over 1450 women and men professionals and women’s associations from 114 countries. WOCAN designs and manages award-winning programs that advance the role for women and gender in agricultural and natural resource organizations.

The College of Agriculture, Forestry, and Natural Resource Management (CAFNRM) opened its doors in the fall of 1975 with the main objective to prepare students for a broad and full understanding of basic factors involved in production, management, processing, distribution, marketing, sales, and services in the field of agricultural sciences.
