The 5th Annual Hawai’i Island Community Food Summit and 2nd Annual School Garden Workday will take place in person on August 6, 2022 from 9:00am-1:00pm at eight school gardens across the island.
Hosted by the Hawaiʻi Island Food Alliance and the Hawaiʻi Island Garden Network, in partnership with the County of Hawaiʻi and The Food Basket. The Summit is sponsored by the HDOH.
During the Summit we aim to increase residents' exposure to their local school garden and who is doing what within their local community.
